i try to integrate eating into that but often its just impossible to do the two, so i will pause something or turn on the news or something similar which i dont have to engage in
I eat at the table but usually have a podcast or music playing in the background.
Occasionally break out the TV tray and sit at the couch if I'm going to watch a movie
If I eat shit, I sit right here on the sofa and watch something.
