I'm a student looking for lunches to make the night before. I have access to a microwave, but it's an inconvenience to get to on campus. Any ideas/recipes/links?
No dietary restrictions, but watching sugar intake.

It's not hard. Just arrange some varied food that doesn't clash.
Sandwich, chips, and pre-packaged snack... It's not rocket science.

>Boiled eggs
Peeling boiled eggs indoors around other people can make you pretty unpopular. It smells like farts.

Don't peel them around others then.
Different kinds of salads (pasta salads are good if you want something more filling) and quiches work for me if I don't want to heat anything up. Omelettes are also good, steamed vegetables with a sauce like hollandaise, and so on. It might help to look at local delicatessens and take-out places that serve cold lunches to go for recipe ideas.

Is it that hard?
