I use clam juice in certain recipes, but I don't drink the stuff, although I've known a couple of people who liked to drink it. Ack......

I sue this stuff occasionally. It's good as an all purpose seafood stock desu. You're better off buying a couple salmon heads and making your own, though. It's not very economical, though. Canned clams come with enough juice to make a proper chowder.

Almost. I make clam chowder with 4 cans (6 oz each) and I add one 8 oz bottle of clam juice to get the right amount of juice.
