Sure. It's super easy.
It's your basic chinese stock (unbrowned chicken, leeks, ginger). Add some bits of whatever meat you like, thinly sliced wood ear mushrooms, and thicken with a cornstarch slurry. Adjust seasoning with soy sauce, white pepper, and rice vinegar. Add red pepper if you want it very "hot". Right before serving swirl in some beaten egg.
