What are some good vegetarian sources of protein/vegetarian dishes that are high in protein? I'm not a vegetarian/vegan, but I'm a poorfag and it seems like beans and shit are cheaper than meat. Also, I'm just a bit curious.
It depends on whether by "cheaper" you mean cost per calorie or cost per protein. Also, if you do not exercise, you do not need to eat meat to meet your protein needs, even if you don't eat foods particularly high in protein. It's pretty easy to get adequate protein from staple foods (not just legumes), eggs and dairy.
Cheese
Peanut Butter
Eggs
Soy
Grains
Lots of shit has protein.

Anything with legumes... Look up dalhs for lentils, they are tasty and quick (no soaking)

saag paneer/shahi paneer aka do you prefer spinach sauce or tomato sauce. Both are delicious.
You can set yoghurt over cheesecloth, then acid set it to make the paneer I believe.
