These are disgusting. Nothing but cheese. This is what Midwesterners think of as "good" pizza. Source: it is my Minnesotan brother-in-law's favorite. His diet consists almost entirely of meat, cheese, and bread/pasta.
What I've been eating lately is the Market Pantry (Target store brand) pizzas. They have a decent amount of cheese on them, and are a reasonable price.

I usually buy the cheapest bottom shelf vodka at the grocery/liquor store for around $10-12 a handle, while TJ's Vodka of the Gods is around $15 here, and tastes like straight rubbing alcohol in comparison.

I've lived in a few different places around the country and it's always been around $18-20 a handle at the cheapest, but I've never really lived anywhere rural.
I always look for it because it was my grandparent's go to when they weren't entertaining (that would be Grey Goose), and they drank quite a bit, and fed me martinis when I would come to visit before I was in high school.
