Why do the Italians have such shit taste in everything? These things are dry as fuck. How can anyone enjoy them?
I like them and I've never found them dry. Maybe you just got some bad ones? Like shortbread, if they're overworked, they're dry.

If this is bait, bravo OP, you made me reply. If it isn't, you just had bad luck. Italianfag here, and I can ensure you those cookies shouldn't be dry at all. If they were, welp, you bought some old ass cookies instead the fresh baked ones

Why do (whatever degenerate race OP belongs to) insist on being full of absolute shit

Merrilards undercook all their cookies because they can't handle something that isn't chewy or moist. Not that I mind, it's tasty af, but some cookies are supposed to be crisp.

what did you expect?
do you like soft, moist cookies?

the trend is spreading to the uk too and it scares me. If you buy a bag of 5 cookies from a supermarket you can squish it back into a doughball. I've ended up giving them a short second bake in the oven then I get nice, warm, crisp cookies, rather than some flate cookie dough.

I love italian cookies. Especially the vanilla cookies with tons of sprinkles. My family moved down South and you can't get them there - didn't realize these were semi-regional.
I always dunk them in milk or eat them with tea.
