Hello. I don't know how to cook at all but I'm starving and need help with something. Is it possible to microwave eggs? If so, how long do they stay in the microwave and at what temperature should it be?
It's possible to microwave anything that will fit, anon
Doesn't mean you should do it

What should I do with the eggs to make them eatable then? I don't know how to cook. I need to eat something urgently. Please help

Cooking eggs can be as challenging as watching them cook by themselves in some boiling water for 5 minutes, or watching them cook by themselves after you poured a couple in a hot pan with some molten butter or oil for 5 minutes.

follow my guidance, friend
set up a pan
at very low temperature
add in a little bit of oil
just enough to have the surface coated a lil
wait for a minute
crack open the egg into the pan
don't do anything for two minutes
voila
if that's still too hard for you here's a vid on how to do it:

>take pan
>pour oil/butter
>heat pan
>if the oil smokes, you heated it too much or just wait until the butter melts completely
>break eggs in pan
>wait until the transparent part is completely white
>eat
Or
>take pan
>pour oil/
>heat pan
>same advice as above for oil and butter
>break eggs in pan
>use a fork or literally anything else to stir the eggs until the orange and transparent parts are mixed together
>keep stirring until everything is not liquid anymore
>eat
Or
>take pot
>fill with water
>boil water
>put whole eggs (with the shell and all) in water
>wait 5/10 minutes
>remove eggs from water
>peel the shell away
>eat

forgot to add: some ppl don't like their yolks runny, I guess in that case go for 5 - 6 mins. I usually do 2 - 3 if the pan is preheated, however preheating is optional.
I don't know how to use a pan and I'm worried about getting burned or leaked gas. Is there no other way?

Or
>take pot
>boil water
>put whole eggs in water
>wait 3/4 minutes
>remove eggs from water
>crack only the top of egg
>eat with a spoon

My friend taught me how to microwave eggs and I haven't thought about this in years actually. Fucking a I'm gonna go do it
>get bowl
>spray pam into it
>crack egg into it
>roughly stir, not thoroughly
>microwave for 1 minute
>check it
>if not done enough, flip with knife and do another 10 seconds
>put it on toast
>squirt a little ranch dressing on it
>spread ranch with previous knife
He used to cook them until the egg popped but it does make clean up in the microwave.

If you're going to microwave eggs then add milk and have them scrambled.

Rocky used to eat eggs raw...
http://www.livestrong.com/article/423583-is-it-healthy-to-eat-raw-eggs/
>Jonny Bowden, Ph.D. and clinical nutrition specialist, discusses the risks of eating raw eggs in his book "150 Healthiest Foods on Earth." Bowden claims he eats raw eggs very often, and the risks of salmonella food poisoning are overstated and unlikely.
>>7321813
you CAN eat them raw. That's what my father did as a poor child, poked a small hole in the egg with a stick and suck up the contents. You should only do this if you are starving and have no source of heat to cook with. right now Just get a pan, put a little oil, get the burner on med high heat and crack the egg into the pan and cook until done. Add salt and pepper if you want it to taste good.

also workers used to drink whole eggs and beer.

I microwave eggs all the time. It's quick and easy, and comes out just as good. Don't listen to the snobs. The only downside is the whites tend to stay runny unless you fully cook the yolk.
This is what you do: take a mug, put 1/4th cup water in it. Crack two eggs and put them in. Cover and microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes.
Occasionally the eggs explode though, so make sure you cover it.
>>7321915
This if you're going to microwave. To keep from exploding, cook one minute, wait one minute, then cook for one more minute
Put bowl of water in microwave
Microwave till boiling
Throw eggs in
Wait 5 min
Take eggs out of bowl
Wa la

It's not bad. It's just eggs, toast, and ranch dressing. Stop being a delicate little child and maybe, just maybe, you'll understand that just because something isn't the highest quality dish you've ever eaten, doesn't make it taste bad.
So I found this video and am thinking of making scrambled eggs. It doesn't specify the temperature. What is high? I read some comments and they talk about exploding eggs. How do I prevent that? Thank you, I'm really hungry :( and sorry for not knowing anything kitchen related. And no, I don't have any kettle that boils water
