Never heard about most of those but I frequently eat bulgur and millet.
now that I look it up, Freekeh is just wheat as well, harvested when it's still green. so not "ancient" at all either!

i eat millet on a semi regular basis, i thought it was reasonably common. usually put barley in my soups, pretty sure thats normal too.

I like having some variety. The bread I buy is made of a bunch of different grains instead of just wheat. They're all sprouted too, but that's a different thread.
