Sushi is my all-time favorite, but personally for sushi heaven it's a three way tie between uni (sea urchin roe), hotategai (raw scallop), and otoro (fatty tuna).
Uni has a fantastic "ocean water" essence to it along with nutty notes, sweetness, and a lusciously creamy texture.
Hotategai can be sugar sweet if your chef can get his hands on really good product, and they can be buttery soft.
Otoro is the richest part of the tuna and, if you pick it up without chopsticks, sometimes you can feel the fat warming and melting on your fingertips. It's a divine experience.
Being in college however means that those are rare treats nowadays.
