Toward the end of my time living at home, my dad used to get livid if he found out I ate at all. He'd begin lashing out either my mother or me, depending on who was around when he decided to start shouting.
I'd have to try to sneak small meals every few days so he wouldn't notice, sometimes going more than a week between them.
Things didn't change after I was able to land another job, either.
Now that I've moved out, he complains that we never talk or spend time together. I honestly can't wait for one of us to die.
