Its pierogi with cheese, mushrooms, onions and potato. A polish lady in my building makes em and sells em for $0.30 each.
Put the sour cream in a different bowl and if those sausages are baked or grilled, you need to cut the cooking time by a good 10min.
But 6/10 i like the bowls and the pirogi look tasty as fuck
