Just made delicious shrimp. Heated olive oil with minced garlic, shallots, parsley, garlic powder, fresh cracked pepper, and sea salt. Added shrimp then white whine and then crushed tomatoes (food processored). Delicious and fast. Put it over pasta with some balsamic and olive oil. Topped with Parm
Try making Goan stuffed squid, shit is delicious.

Bigger fishes like tuna have more mercury than little fishes sardines. Forget why. There's a chart on mercury levels in fish on google.

Avoid this and PERCH. The smell alone will gag you, and it lingers for DAYS.
I like to make Thai curry (like chu chee) and throw cod in. Probably my favorite pesc meal.
