Blis beats the fuck out of Frank's if you can find it. For the same applications. High vinegar, like Frank's with a more roasted and complex flavor. Never going back.

Siracha has a garlic chili paste that far surpasses the overrated sauce in the bottle.
I usually chew hot peppers for heat but also indulge in vinegar and non-vinegar based sauces.
