This one is bretty gud:
Press firm tofu until dry and cut into cubes. In a bowl mix together chopped lemongrass, garlic, chilies, soy sauce, sugar and turmeric. Marinate tofu in that for an hour.
Bring peanut oil in wok up to heat, and fry tofu until golden. Add peanuts and Thai basil leaves. Remove from wok and garnish with more basil.
Serve with rice and a vegetable dish or salad.
