Anchovies, tomatoes, and olives are all very healthy.
Pretty much most stews and slops and the like. Food like this is what I subsist off of. Chicken drumsticks, cheap, boney pork cuts are my usual meats. Dried beans, cans of tomatoes, lots of garlic and root vegetables like potatoes, carrots, onions, rutebega, radishes, and greens like cabbage or kale. You're pretty much limited by your own imagination op
