Is it wholly different than a spicy chicken/buffalo sandwich?

It's just a side-effect of Nashville becoming a more prominent city and popular tourist destination. It's always been popular around here, but now that it's becoming one of the most visited and desired to live in cities in the country, some of the local food's starting to get big too. Doesn't help that it's also becoming a major food city.
