So I just learned that canoli filling is just ricotta cheese. I'm wondering what's the easiest way to make canoli filling when I have ricotta cheese and store-bought sugar.
whip it with mascarpone, ricotta, vanilla, and sugar. you can add some heavy cream to it too if it is lumpy (you should add the ingredients slowly)
