How does /ck/ like their omelettes?
>Country-style or French-style

Personally I like a country-style, because I never tried the French-style. I typically fill mine with mushrooms, peppers and onion, and a bit of cheese, mostly goat cheese and I always add salt, pepper and fresh herbs to my egg mixture before cooking.

doesn't matter, it's just fucking eggs

Imagine if McDonald's folded cheese into their eggs and let it melt. That would be my perfect omelette. Maybe even not technically an omelette at that point. I fucking HATE brown scrambled eggs or omelettes. McDonald's does it right.
Pic related is a pretty decent poorfag meal if you've got a rice cooker and a good non-stick pan.

Why don't you order an omelette with cheese?

If you were just fucking eggs you would make a baby chicken, wise guy.

Do your best~
with egg beaters because i eat them almost every day as breakfast and the fat of ~60 eggs a month would not be good for me (or anyone, i imagine). besides, the filling is more important anyway. i fill mine with onions, shredded chicken, mushrooms and cheese (smoked gouda at the moment).

If cheese is involved, diner style, slightly golden brown on the outside, soft on the inside. I don't add a ton of fillings. Usually just cheese, and maybe mushrooms and onions or something.
If no cheese/stuffing, French omelette.
I prefer the former for breakfast, and the latter for lunch.
I also like a very thin omelette shredded over fried rice.
I like mine avec cheese.
you know....
