dont do this. once a day is fine, once every other day is good. brush twice, just dont floss your gums raw. if you are flossing twice daily and it isnt raw already, you arent flossing properly. that is unless you actually know how to floss like a hygienist, which i doubt. its rare to find someone that does. a water pick works nicely too. that you could probably do daily.
