hey buddies
i'm looking for a couple of tips and other stupid shit you can do to make your tea taste better / be better.

HERE'S MY TIP:

For green tea, works on black tea (Red if you're indian but the indians got tea wrong anyway)
Put white rice in your tea, teaspoon or less. I haven't gotten it down to an exact science. It makes the tea taste way more "bold," if you will.
Learned it from a japanese restaraunt.

tl;dr WHITE RICE IN GREEN TEA
>>
Put raw ginger root in your tea, slice off a decent sliver and put that shit in your green tea, adds flavor, plus ginger is good for you and that shit is impossible to eat otherwise.
>>
Put a mint leaf in your tea
no shit it now tastes like fresh mint

Pretty sure tea from England is actually tea from India.
>>

I wouldn't trade my wife and her kids for all the tea in England.
>>
>>7266784
The main difference is tea doesn't grow in England you fucking retard.

Or in China. But china got tea wrong obviously.

>Put white rice in your tea, teaspoon or less. I haven't gotten it down to an exact science. It makes the tea taste way more "bold," if you will.
That's dumb.

>Learned it from a japanese restaraunt.
Yes they also do that. That's called genmaicha. That's still dumb.

Here's my tips:
1. buy better tea
2. use the right water temperature
3. use the fucking right temperature
4. don't over steep
5. learn gong fu cha (more leaves for shorter time)
6. Chinese are the ones that got tea right. Stop listening to some stupid Japaneses.

You don't make tea better by adding stupid stuff in it. No sugar, no milk, no cream, no fucking rice.

Tea
Water

Tea is so cheap you don't need any of those gimmicks. You can get very tasty 100g bricks of pu-erh oolong for 5 dollars on aliexpress.

>OP thinks putting rice in tea is some revolutionary shit
