I can't digest veggies right or something, whenever I eat them I am constantly going to the shitter.

I slow cooked some chicken halves in a trash can grill. I just put some oil on them and used a cajun rub on one half and greek rub on the other half. Cooked with indirect heat for about 2 hours until 155 degrees and took them off and wraped in foil for a bit. They were pretty good. It's not a recipe really but it's easy and good. I made salt potatoes to go with it and fresh green beans. Don't mind the shitty rental home in the background of the photo.
