i bought half a warm roast chicken from local supermarket (like pic related) yesterday and was wondering:
- is it still fine to microwave/oven and eat?
- what are some easy recipes i can make with it?
if it isn't already evident from the post, i'm not very good at cooking

Yes, it's fine if you refrigerated it. You have 2-3 days to eat it. I like to quarter them, use the backbone to make stock, then marinate the quarters in whatever I have lying around overnight (look up chicken marinades) then bake them for 15-20 minutes at 350F.

>Woolworths reduces the cost of roast chicken across their stores in their price war with Coles
>The delicious family operated charcoal chicken store near my local Woolworths goes out of business
>Woolworths quietly slides the price of their roast chicken back up
Fucking capitalism.
Also, I'd personally just make sandwiches with that, OP. I use fresh chicken when I want to cook something.
