I love frying up some freshly caught catfish. Go down to the Chattahoochee river, put a chicken livers on our hooks and start catching cats all afternoon. Take 'em back home, clean them, start drinking ice cold beer and frying up a mess of filets.
Sitting outside in the Summer evening with a nice breeze, chowing down on some hot sauce flavored cats, drinking beer, listening to music and chatting up the neighborhood chicks wearing their Daisy Duke shorts is just about the best time you could have.

I don't eat nearly enough fish. Ground beef is close to $6.00 per pound now. I've started buying more pork because it's a little under $4.00 for a pound now, chicken has been expensive for a lot longer...and fish is even more than that. God damn.
