looking for a guide to making coffee
I work in a cafe, but the boss can't be fucked training me
local barista courses only go as far as telling you how to use the machine
there are paid online courses, so many in fact that I can't find free ones
Post tits.
How did you get a job as a barista if you can't make coffee? Unless you have glorious tits.

making coffee is an art, not a bullshit art either- there is some real skill involved
I know how to use my machine, and the basics of how to make a coffee (the milk ratios, kinds of coffee etc)
but I'm not privy to the finer points of it, like how to select the coarseness of your grind, pouring for cremma, international varieties of beans, actual degree temperatures (so sick of vague language instead of concise information)
at work, if it has coffee milk and sugar it's fine for most people; hence my lack of training
but it's a professional skill and if I don't get better I'l never get a better job in the industry
