here we go.
adter seeing a frozen pizza with toppings thread I decided to make pizza. yesterday I made the dough, standard recipe, additional italian herbs and kurkuma for color (that's why it looks yellow as it is yellow).
today I cooked the sauce:
butter, onions, sage and salt slowly cooked for 30min
added tomatoes, vegetable stock, pepper
simered for 30min
blended everything (only for visual reasons, kids don't like to see onions)
baked rolled out dough from yesterday for min@200C
tomato sauce and toppings according to pic, additionally a cheese I found in the dridge.
fuck frozen pizza. you deserve better and it is not much effort!!!

I made about 6 portions of tomato sauce. It is more reasonable (cost approx: 5$).

correction:
I flattened the dough and baked it for 4min@200C before adding the topping

Looks really similar to the pizzas I used to make. Gotta work that dough a bit longer, unless you dig the irregular shape.

the "worker" is 6y old and enjoys it.. have given up on perfect shape myself.
You make funny looking pizza, but would definitely eat.
Pic related is the last bit of leftover frozen pizza eaten for breakfast.

Just knead the dough for a couple more minutes so that it becomes easier to work with. You don't have to make a perfect circle, just make a shape without any edges jutting out, cause they'll turn black and inedible, as in your pic.

cheers, I'll try that next time!
