Motherfucking Dutch crust is my favorite.
The "crust" is made with rice paste, and sesame oil is used for a distinct taste that sets it apart from other breads.
Sandwiches made of this crust will wreck the roof of your mouth if you're not careful, but it's worth it for the flavor.
