It angers me that some people think Sriracha is "meme food" or "weeb food". Sriracha is a tasty hot sauce and has nothing to do with memes or weeaboos. Most people who say that haven't even tried it.
I like Sriracha.
Aside from the memes, the sauce itself is pretty good. About a tablespoon mixed in with some warm white rice really hits the spot.
I liked it a lot at first. Put it on every other thing for a week to see what I could permanently eat it with. Don't really eat it anymore, just occasionally on pizza crust or stir fry.

I bought a bottle of this long before it was a meme. Tried it once and was repulsed, it tastes like spicy garlicky plastic.
A week later it was the only condiment left in the fridge and I need spice in my food, so I tried it again. Slightly less disgusting. After a week of forcing it down I grew to like it.
It's an acquired taste and if it hadn't been shilled/spammed into meme status, nobody on here would use it.

I bought this a while ago. It's good, but not as good as the Huy Fong one in OP's pic.

I can eat spicy foods all day long, but sriracha just rips my guts up. It's not unbearably spicy, I really enjoy it, but it causes really bad cramps for hours when it hits my lower intestines. Like, I can't sleep it hurts so bad.

I feel like the Recipe changed somewhere along the line. Been eating sriracha for almost 20 years. Feels really sweet, garlicky, ketchupy these days. When I first had it, felt really bland and just pure spicy. I would often mix it with hoison sauce to add some flavor and take out some of the extreme spice.
Feels like nothing at this point. Basically buffalo wild wing sauce.
