yogurt generally has lactase, the enzyme which lactose intolerant people are missing, in it.
Lactose intolerant people can actually 'cure' themselves if they maintain a colony of lactase, by regularly feeding it milk products after obtaining it from those kinds of yogurt, or they can just have yogurt before they have milk products.
You can get it in pill form now too.
