What do you think of this pizza, /ck/?
I wanted to make something special for New Year's Eve.
>anchovies
>olives
it makes me think of silent hill for some reason
>>7219822
It looks Lovecraftian. Especially in the thumbnail.
Get on my level, n00b.
The crust looks a bit thin, in my opinion, but I would cut it into four pieces and devour the whole thing (after picking off the onions).
7/10 would pay by check and leave 5% tip.
>>7220018
Only the cool ones.
>>7220018
Americans do everything and dominate everyone. Get used to answering your own questions.
>>7219822
Did you seriously put salt on top? Do you know how much is already in all the cheese, cured meat and anchovies you got there?
>>7219822
>Onions
>No pineapple
Sorry don't think this one's edible, anon.
>>7219822
How'd you manage to bake that without getting any color at all on the toppings? Did you bake a pepperoni pizza and throw some cold shit on top?
Toss it back in the oven and I'll eat it when it's done.
Start by getting out all your topping ingredients.
>>7219822
Your oven wasn't hot enough.
>>7220467
Almost forgot one of the most important toppings.
Check out my pizza /ck/, pretty proud of it, tasted good
>>7220490
There's something disturbing about those mushrooms, but the crust looks like it might have been pretty good.
>>7220483
Stop calling everything a meme; it makes you sound retarded.
>>7220487
Put that $100 knife to work.
The tomato was on it's last legs, and was pretty soft, but that will just ensure a nice moist layer in the finished product.
>>7220494
Thanks, I agree the mushrooms look weird. Dough was 10/10 fermented for over 15 hours and I bought some meme flour from Italy
>>7220504
Make sure to evenly distribute the pepperoni on your pizza base.
Now we've got our mis in place.
>>7220556
Start by arranging your tomatoes and Spam.
By putting the tomatoes on the bottom we will create something like a second layer of sauce.
>>7220607
Add the anchovies.
Not the most flavorful brand, but they're big and meaty, and the can conveniently contained the exact amount needed.
>>7220669
Add your red onion and pimento stuffed olive slices.
>>7220706
Grate on a liberal amount of Parmesan and it's ready for the oven.

>>7220729
7/10. You bulking bro?
I would have omitted the spam and put on some extra mozzarella. And onions are always better in rings. Other than that, solid work.
What do you think of mine guys? I had no ham left in the fridge so I put bacon on it instead.
>>7220729
It's usually a good idea to rotate your pans half way through for even cooking. It smelled so good that the dog who is afraid of the oven popped out to see what was going on.
>>7220730
Going to use this as a thread theme if I ever make a pizza thread again.
>>7220767
The onion was already sliced in half, so rings weren't an option.
>>7220828
Those are clearly two different posters, retard.
>>7220811
Looks alright, if slightly undercooked.
Where's the pineapple?
>>7220857
>Where's the pineapple?
And why would I want them?
>>7220827
Hot out of the oven, before adding fresh scallions.
>>7219822
I have to be honest OP, it looks disgusting.
>>7220490
the first good pizza in this thread. every other dough is far too round -> packet shit. it's easy to make pizza dough, but you have to make it at least one day in advance.
>>7220935
It's not a pizza unless you have pineapple.
>>7220984
just looking at that fat oozing from that spam stuff makes me feel sick.
keep up the work, you just need to schedule it and get a good dough and tomato sauce recipe and good ingredients. why not have a friday-pizza day? make dough and sauce on wed or thu, compile and spread with real mozzarella on fri.
>>7221010
>every other dough is far too round
Did the "end the memes" spammer already reset his IP?
Calling everything a meme is honestly on the same level of criticism as having a problem with a pizza being "too round".
>>7221026
its a sign for crappy frozen or prepared pizza or packet dough.
please note that often the "cheese" has 0% milk in it as it is made of some strange vegetable fat-salt mixture.
>>7220811
looks a lot better that OP's!
I always heat the shit out of my oven (convection mode) >250C and bake pizza für 4-5min.
>>7221035
Intentionally making a pizza misshapen, haphazardly thrown together, or otherwise intentionally "rustic" looking to make people think it's homemade is honestly kind of retarded.
Why not make your homemade pizza round, and evenly distribute the toppings so you can get whatever you want in each bite?
Also, the pizza used in the OP uses 100% real cheese.
>>7219822
Bad.
Bad bad bad.
>>7221075
>>7219822
Try this one next time when you buy frozen pizza the next time
>>7221075
No opinion?
is that raw meat on the pizza?
>>7219822
Pepperoni, anchovies, spam.
>pick one
Btw that spam looks straight up disgusting. It would be like 7/10 without it, now it's gtfo and call me for some domino's on your way home
>>7220984
Try to cut it into even slices, but inevitably fail because you are drunk and there are too many shapes and lines.
>>7221090
my sides.. a word of truth.
>>7221010
Thanks. I try to make my pizza's round but they always deform when i transfer them onto my pizza stone.
Also does anybody have tips how to shove your pizza on your pizza stones without all the toppings falling of? Now I usually prebake the dough for a minute and then put the toppings on.
pic is the expensive tomatoes i bought, was not worth the price
I just had a piece of pizza with a mashed potato based sauce
It was pretty good
>>7219999
>picking off the onions
>>7221332
>potato sauce
Slap your mama
>ham
>>7221344
yep, mashed potato sauced topped with chicken, bacon, and green onion
>>7221346
I think you forgot an "s", anon.
>>7220556
>mis in place
fucking idiot
good:
green onion. onion, anchovy (challenging but good), pepperoni, tomato
bad: spam (epic fail from a foodie), substitute canadian bacon
borderline: green olives, if really good. at least not ferrous sulfate black olives, taste like iron
missing: shredded basil at very end
>>7221367
Everyone just says "mis", and all the prepped ingredients had been prepared and put in place for the cooking to begin.
Why so rude?
>>7221364
Found an image
>>7221384
Those are chives.
>>7221390
yeah, the one I had today seemed like green onions though, but I am probably just remembering incorrectly
>>7221144
Enjoying the finished pizza in bed with a nice mug vodka.
As salty as it might sound, the anchovy and spam combination strangely worked.
As with everything spam related, it would be wise to fry up the spam beforehand, regardless of how thin you slice it.
I think I'll give it a go this weekend and make pizza from scratch.
>>7221518
Post pics.
Even a pimped out frozen pizza OC thread is better than google images of ostriches and big macs; the board is starved for threads with people actually cooking, even if it's their first time and they potentially fuck up.
>>7221409
Had leftover pizza cold for new year's breakfast, with mug vodka, and a large glass of club soda and lime with lots of ice (not pictured).
Good god, OP, you sure are trying fucking hard to get your shitty pizza to be a meme like that other shitty pizza someone is posting everywhere.
>>7221648
Not everything is a meme, especially not when it's confined to a single cook along thread...
>>7220827
spooky doge
is little ceasar open today?
>>7220490
Nice Crust man, how did u make the dough?
>>7221409
It takes a special combination of frozen, canned, tinned, jarred, and bottled to achieve a sheen like that.
>>7219916
>reposted that image once
>got three day global ban for spamming/flooding
How about issuing a warning next time, new janitor.
>>7220490
As impractical as it might be, I'm going to buy a cute little pizza peel like that if I ever come across one.
I made a pizza last night. I think this is the first time I've ever done just pepperoni (plus some oregano). Not that great but its ok. Don't know why it is the default favorite for so many people. Oh well, its what the wench wanted.
>>7222488
wow, that is crazy yellow when checked on my phone. Damn it, PC with photoshop is down, currently trying to learn GIMP for the time being on this apparently terrible laptop monitor. This version should be a bit less awful though.
>>7221314
Cornmeal
>>7221988
ikr, some autist mod with anger issues we have here. nothing a VPN wouldnt fix. but how do such retards get even hired here?
>>7223295
Only retards are here often enough to be interested in applying when positions are being offered.
>>7221741
I used the flour I posted earlier and a recipe from Flour Water Salt Yeast, which is a nice book. It seems complicated at the start but it's not that hard
>>7223052
I use regular flour now on my pizza paddle to help it slide off, does cornmeal work any better?
>>7220935
they were trying to grab your price
>>7223476
Huh?
>>7223443
That sounds like a book to look out for.
It's not often you see real baking recipes (both weights and percentages) posted around here.
>>7224613
The author also has a youtube channel where he demonstrates basic techniques.
>>7220504
I'm proud to live in a country where this counts as putting a $100 knife to work.
That Spam can be finicky.
salty
>>7226215
>salty
I don't understand why everyone assumes that.
It's a little bite of Spam here, a nibble of an anchovy there, and three whole olives distributed across an entire slab of bread with tomato sauce and cheese.
Anchovies are great, and Spam can be okay, but nobody in their right mind is popping whole anchovies or eating Spam out of the can with an ice cream scoop.
>>7223295
I don't understand how anyone can get a ban for posting OC when you can't come to the first page of /ck/ without seeing the same jack spam reposted over and over again until it hits the bump limit and begins again.
