What's some good food for lunch that you could make from stuff out of a drug store?

Don't wanna just keep buying ramen from these places, I don't know how to make it taste better.

Most carry small amount of dried goods/canned stuff and a small freezer section but at a serious mark up including ramen Op why can you only go here?
