I simultaneously love and hate intermittent fasting. Fasting periods obviously suck, not sure what kind of on/off hour schedule you're on, but the results are good and it feels like heaven when you can finally just stuff yourself with every food imaginable

I'm not on gear or have ever been on but I was under the assumption that roids were for bulkan.

I cut once for a competition and felt as if all my muscle disappeared. Would gear have kept me fuller?

not the guy you're quoting, but I've used roids both bulking and cutting. Usually different shit is used, but to answer your question, definitely. How do you think competitive bodybuilders are able to go sub 5% bodyfat and retain a ton of muscle mass simultaneously? Hell, certain compounds I've taken shed bodyfat noticeably even while I eat mcdonalds every day

I have breakfast around 4 in the morning, hit the gym then have a big lunch around 1:00 in the afternoon. Personally im in it for the results and still make sure im eating pretty clean.

oh ok, that's way more frequent than intermittent fasting I've done in the past. I've done 36 hour fast/12 hour feed periods in the past. For example on monday I'll eat everthing I want 8am to 8pm, then will fast on tuesday with only liquids and BCAAs, then eat wednesday at 8am, etc. As long as I lined up my workout with eating periods the results were great
