I identify the lower left portion of that ball to be ham and or/ turkey along the bottom. I believe there is stuffing, perhaps with water chesnuts or apples or pearl onions and definitely some herbs, and if it's not stuffing, then it's a weird meatball. Close enough. It was chicken with walnut and apple stuffing (despite just being a piece of chicken, the contents was more of a bedding than a stuffing.) It was a premade supermarket job, 70% off/near expiry date, tasted pretty good.
