Anyone else eating a hodgepodge of leftovers now that Christmas weekend is coming to an end?
I've got pulled pork with cheese curds on Hawaiian sweet rolls, coleslaw, hummus, and avocado.
They were all sides/appetizers (almost everything from scratch), because that's all that's left, aside from both ham and turkey bones, which will be going into stock in the next day or two.

I've made it a point to not have leftovers. After my mother insisted on a 25lb turkey, leftovers can S my D
we've got ham and stuffing with gravy leftover.
Cheese curds are under the hot pork, and melted after pic was taken.

Looks great, OP. Waste not, want not.
I ate the last of my Christmas sauerbraten tonight, but there's still a lot of pie, and people keep bringing more pie over.
Went back to stuff myself with the leftovers of the leftovers.
Also tried out the two hot sauces I got for Christmas. They both are made with beer from a local brewery, and one is habanero based while the other is carolina reaper.
