Just giving quick and easy tips to make your Mexican food more of a kick.
>Use Habaneros in your Mexican dishes. Add them in salsas, ceviches, and add them in cochinita pibil
>Use a bit of pilloncillo whenever you make something with tomatillos to balance the tartness. An example would be costilla en chile verde (pork ribs in a green sauce).
>buy Mexican herbs at all costs. do not substitute epazote, hierba santa, avocado leaves etc etc
