What are your go-to foods when youre feeling down? For me its

What are your go-to foods when youre feeling down?

For me its something as simple as a fresh bread from the bakery and a block of cheese or butter. Ironically I eat it all the time (muh depressions) but am a skinnyfag

Lamb Vindaloo with garlic naan.

The nearest place that does a good one is about an hour away and pricey, so I only go there when I'm feeling particularly down and out.

I recomment spicy foods when feeling depressed. The capsaicin will force endophine production.
