So I'm in Japan and I am organizing a Christmas party for Friday. I sent a friend out to pick a cake we can eat in 2 days, and he just came back with a fucking strawberry shortcake that is going to be runny as fuck by then.

Is there anyway I can store this thing? Can you freeze strawberry shortcake?

I don't know anything about cake but yeah you can freeze it for now
source: my daddy works in inventory control and the store chain freezes almost all it's deserts before they end up in the stores
