Get it with chili instead of beef and a shitload of jalapenos. I used to make that with lava sauce instead of nacho cheese and grill it extra, then devour it with hot and fire sauce, sometimes with an extra cup of lava sauce...I also used to be fat, so take that into consideration.
ghost pepper griller was the best thing on that menu. I got so sad when it was taken off for "boss" wraps
i'll be honest the steak Boss nachos are shit, i hate the refried beans they use in them. granted when i was little the only thing i liked there was the cheese rollups. but i say best thing on the menu for the price now adays is any of the grillers but i do miss the ghost pepper ones, even if they were not super hot like they should have been
