Hey guys, I just got some Dry Aged Filet Mignon. How should I cook it?

Boil it for two hours, chop roughly and mix with ketchup.

Anyway, roast filet in over at low temp until just past rare.

Finish by searing very briefly on an insanely hot pan; you should end up right at a medium rare throughout with a great crust.

You're covered I see. Fry the filet 15 mins each side on medium high then dump the asparagus into the pan. The liquid will make the basis for your pan sauce, reduce it at high heat for at about 30 minutes then put in the cheese and let it melt. Finish with the dressing and the sauce. Be sure to use the whole bottle or it won't come out right.
