I'm pro gun control for the simple reason that gunfags always feel the need to fuck up their food just to make an excuse to post pictures of their guns on the internet.

Chicken chili is usually made as a green chili. Just call it chicken chili bean soup.
Despite the fact that I love to cook and that I eat foods I've cooked myself from scratch every day, I like frozen pot pies a great deal, especially Marie Callender's. Which brings me to my point and why I'm posting it in this thread rather than starting a new one: MC recently introduced a chili pot pie. I bought it. I tried it. I though it was pretty damned good. However! I thought it would be better with a corn pone or cornbread crust rather than the shortcrust typically used in pot pies.
As such, I'm thinking of making a more shepherd's-pie-style chili pot pie (no bottom crust) with cornbread/corn pone top crust. Do y'all think it'd be pretty good? I do, which is why I'm gonna make it, but curious if any of you guys have made anything like it before.
Thoughts/comments/suggestions?

Plenty of people have done cornbread on top of chili before anon.
Go for it m8.
Looks nice, but way too much tomato for my taste.
