I'm retarded, my mistake for not paying attention to what I was typing. I didn't mean to say katsudon (though I have that sometimes too), I meant Japanese curry sauce + rice + tonkatsu cut into strips on top.
First had it when a relative came back from working in Japan.
Pretty simple to make, too. I don't use the curry sauce cubes (?) I just make it myself, since it doesn't take any more effort, really.
