tortilla pizzas
I'll admit to having made a tortilla pizza or two in my day. Then again, I do live in San Diego, so it's fucking mexicans, mexicans, mexicans. They're not bad. Thin crust. Toppings need to be light or it'll cave over. Alternatively, you can load it up with toppings and just roll it over into a pizza burrito. Fore go the sauce when baking, wrap it up when done, and use the pizza sauce in place of salsa to dip that shit.
