Hey /ck/
i want to get a book that gets me more into cooking, so not just a recipe collection but something that teaches basic and techniques. Any recommendations?
I often cook for friends and family and they love the things i cook but i really want to improve myself and be well versed in the fundamentals

Honestly, AB's first book is a solid intro to cooking techniques without being a textbook, and all the recipes I've tried out of it came out great.
