Not OP but I eat cheese with pears and crackers all the time for lunch or a late-morning snack if I didn't eat breakfast, and I'm not fat.

I'll eat oreos with a fork from now on.
That or I'll start pouring a bowl of milk for soaking oreos and a glass of milk for drinking.
Then I'll drink the bowl of milk once I'm done with the entire family sized bag of double stuf oreos and get my 2800 calories for the day.
