Virtually everyone eats vegan meals occasionally. Their entire "lifestyle" is predicated on having a restrictive diet, not something completely different than what everyone else is eating.
They're basically just picky eaters with a bunch of bullshit rationalizations.
Well, given that the animal agriculture business is really fucked up, creating resistant bacteria immune to all antibiotics and polluting the shit out of planet, meat and animal products are the major cause of all chronic disease and obesity, yeah I think that veganism is pretty okay. I've high respect for every vegan out there and I'm transitioning to a vegan diet.

The other day I bought two single-serve cups of flavored yogurt, on impulse, without reading the label thoroughly.
When I got home, I peeled off the lid, and wondered why it looked so sickly-grey and cracked around the edges. "Maybe it's gone off? I'll just try a bit," thought I, coaxing a teaspoon into the homogenized mass. I spat it out almost immediately, repulsed by a texture unlike any yogurt, with bitter, metallic notes amidst a cloying coconut flavor.
Some gum-set, stabilized coconut cream with some lactobacillus cultures eking a pathetic half-existence does not yogurt make.
