Whats the best food to have at a 70+ ppl party?

Food: queso salsa and guac w/ chips, maybe some meatballs or lil smokies, veggie tray w/ hummus an oh yeah pita chips

Salmon rolls.
Defrost some forzen spinach and mix with 1 egg per 180g spinach. Distribute it on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and let it bake for 15 minutes at 200°C. Let it cool down, spread some cream cheese on top and put some thin smolked salmon slices on it. Roll it up, pack it tightly in aluminium foil and leave it in the fridge over night.
Cut into thick slices and serve.
It's filling, tasty and easy to make in large quantaties.

My old lady Tina has a party recipe the whole trailer park raves about. You take two blocks of generic Velveeta ( if you want to get fancy get the real stuff). She throws those in the crock pot with two cans of rotel and all the kin line up.
She calls it Fun Tina Cheese!
