I have some kind of weird egg intolerance, I can't eat eggs on their own or I get queezy as fuck. If I eat them with some kind of sauce, meat, potatos, or even in baked goods, I'm fine. Don't know if I'd go so far as to say I have an allergy to them because it's only if I eat them alone without anything else, but it does prevent me from enjoying just a well cooked egg.
