Chicken breast + onions and garlic seasoned with curry powder, ginger powder, cumin, garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, and a bunch of herbs. Once the chicken cooks halfway (with 1 tbsp oil for 24oz of chicken (on a diet)) add some water lower hear close lid let simmer. Once it becomes soup like, add w/e hot sauces u like (I used red hot + sriracha), turn up the heat remove lid and let it cook+keep mixing until it becomes goowy.
