what's the best spice for roasting this ?
>>7165902
salt
>>7165903
Wow. That's the best you can do, /ck/?
>>7165911
seasoned salt
Sodium free salt
>>7165902
pounds of garlic.
>>7165911
Cook it right and that's all you need.
Or do you prefer your steak well-done and covered in sauce?
hopes, dreams and aspirations
love
I like spanish mix or lemon pepper
>>7165922
>Cook it right
what does it mean?
chicken doesn't have a taste naturally
Spice rub made from highest to lowest
Cumin garlic basil chili nutmeg pepper
If you don't know where salt goes or how to adjust your seasoning then you don't know shit about cookimg
>>7165965
>If you don't know where salt goes or how to adjust your seasoning then you don't know shit about cookimg
way to be an unhelpful douche
garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, smoked paprika, mustard powder, cumin, ginger powder, cayenne pepper, salt
Specifically drums?
I just use them in soup.
Whole chicken?
I make a paste of either
• dried rosemary, peppercorn, dried red chili and dried lemon zest, all freshly powdered, as well as pounded/grated garlic, salt and olive oil or
• peppercorn, dill seed, dried onion and celery seed, all freshly powdered and chicken grease
I guess you can coat drums with either, if that's your thing.

>bait thread
>inb4 OP explains how he cooks lots of eggs and quarters them to try different seasoning combinations
>>7165956
You've been cooking it wrong, then.
>>7166009
doesn't matter how you cook it, saw dust is still just saw dust, imho
>>7166007
>quartering eggs
>again
That's the second time I've seen this here. Is this some dank new meme I'm unaware of or are you some faggot posting the same aside over and over again?
>>7166007
>to try different seasoning combinations
I appreciate this idea though, will try at least two different ones now.
>>7166015
It's just one autistic /fit/fag trying to force it.
>>7166015
To be fair, it was the best advice ever posted on /ck/
>>7166019
No it fucking wasn't
>>7166012
Quit cooking it wrong and it won't be sawdust.
>>7166015
Yesterday, some child kept spamming and bumping "using cooked eggs to learn seasoning combination" crap all day.
One thread had like 90 replies to 30 posters..
The best part was that I left it up in the background, and some janitor came along are deleted his samefag 'Thanks a great idea OP!' posts..
I discovered this later, and was scrolling thru all the darked msg's.. fucking hilarious.
>>7166023
did you miss the thread
>>7166026
how do you cook it, Anon?
>>7166029
I saw the OP and refused to read any more of it.
- salt
- pepper
- ground garlic
- dried onion
- paprika
>>7166027
Ah, so it was in some thread that I either hid for being dumb ("what eat now?!") or obvious trollbait ("vegans!!") or just neglected to read through.
>>7166026
maybe marinating it for days would help more?
>>7166044
No. Not necessary. Just cook it right.
thyme
>>7166049
what is "right"?
you're a poor troll
>>7166075
>what is "right"?
Correctly. You need to cook it correctly.
>>7165956
chicken tastes like chicken
>>7166079
0/10
>>7166091
Chicken is so fucking easy to cook, especially chicken legs. Stick them in a 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. There. You're done.
>>7166094
that's exactly how I do it, still saw dust
>>7166102
Make sure you're cooking it at 375 F, not C.
I've literally never had a dry chicken leg in my life. They're impossible to fuck up. You're clearly the only troll here.
>>7165902
Salt, pepper, rosemary.
>>7165920
So chlorine?
Julia Child's recipe uses fresh tarragon, one chopped up shallot, salt and tons of butter.
>>7166132
Chlorine isn't a salt, it's a gas. Potassium chloride would be an example of a sodium free salt.
Dark meat is always good barbecued with some good bbq sauce.
>>7166144
what if the temp is 5K?
SUNSHINE AND FARTS
>>7166184
It isn't.
Fresh thyme and salt.
>>7166296
how does that taste on 1/4 of a fried egg?
>no cinnamon
>>7165902
Quinky sauce
>ctrl+f "lawry's"
>no results
why live?
>>7167848
that stuff is pretty gross
>>7167848
honestly pham, all you need is one forth of an egg to tell that is shit..
>>7167900
I have mixed feelings about this becoming a meme. In theory it's great to see the piss taken out of him but I worry it was his plan all along to make it a meme.
>>7167964
It's only a meme because retards keep forcing it over and over and over.
If people would just ignore/hide/filter the obvious attempts at forcing unfunny memes they'll just go away.
>>7167900
It's best on eggs, you speak lies.
>>7167972
It's actually one of the only recent /ck/ memes I enjoy
>>7167972
All memes are forced. Not all are forced successfully.
>>7165902
Nutmeg
>>7165956
Then you remove too much fat. Keep some on, not too much. Leave the skin on for it to render onto the meat, then take it off when cooked
I like it simple. Salt, pepper and garlic. I actually prefer to marinade chicken legs.

>>7165902
No one said oregano?
>>7165902
Roasting? Lemon pepper. Srsly.
