Pretty much any country that has internet has McDonald's, and many places outside the US consider it almost a luxury/exotic food. (The stores are nicer and the prices are often higher, but the food is exactly the same.)
Quarter Pounder Deluxe is nice, although it's just a dressed-up QP.
If you want a McD's experience, just get a Big Mac first, then whatever strikes your fancy afterward. I've made some homemade versions of their shit that was better. But, there's something about getting it from there that is enjoyable.
